Terms for creators

These terms apply when you create and show a profile on Danske OnlyFans, which is run by [Virksomhedsnavn], CVR [CVR-nummer]. By creating a profile, you accept version 2026-09-26 of the terms.

Who can create a profile

• You must be 18 or older.
• You may only create a profile for yourself. A couple profile requires the consent of both people on the profile and in the photos.
• You must own or have the rights to all photos and text you upload.

Verification and approval

Before your profile becomes visible, we verify that it belongs to you by having you place a code in your bio or in a post on one of your linked profiles. We check the code manually. We also approve all photos manually. We may reject a profile, and you will always be given a reason.

What you may and may not show

• Only photos without nudity and without sexual acts. Explicit content belongs on your own platform.
• Never content that shows or suggests anyone under 18.
• Never photos of others without their consent, and never stolen photos.
• No phone numbers, addresses or other contact details in the bio or in photos.
• Links may only point to your own profiles.
• Price and free trial information must be correct.

When we remove a profile

We remove profiles that break these terms or that we receive a justified report about. You receive a reasoned decision by email stating what was removed and why, and you can reply to the email if you disagree. For serious breaches, such as minors, stolen photos or a fake profile, we delete the profile permanently and may report it to the police.

Your rights

You can hide your profile with one click, download your data and delete the profile permanently from your dashboard at any time. When you delete the profile, it and your photos are removed right away.

Paid placements

• Paid placements (such as featuring) last one month at a time and do not renew automatically.
• The price is shown when you order and includes Danish VAT.
• Once a placement has been activated at your request, it cannot be refunded, including if you hide the profile yourself or we remove it for breaching the terms.
• Paid placements are always labelled "Featured (paid)" on the site.

Liability

Danske OnlyFans is a directory of links. We are not a party to your agreement with your fans or with OnlyFans, Fansly and other platforms, and we are not responsible for content on the sites we link to. You are responsible for complying with tax rules for your income.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you can delete your profile.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
