Privacy policy

This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit Danske OnlyFans and when you create a profile as a creator. We collect as little data as possible and store it in the EU.

Data controller

If you create a profile

We process the following data about you:

• Email and password (the password is only stored encrypted) for your account.
• What you write on your profile yourself: stage name, bio, profile type, region and optionally city, categories, price and links to your profiles on other platforms.
• The photos you upload. We automatically remove GPS location and other metadata from them.
• The time and terms version of your confirmations: that you are 18 or older, that the profile is your own, and that you consent to publication.
• Your verification code and where you placed it.
• Statistics on clicks on your links (see below).
• If you ordered a paid placement: the order, amount and payment status.
• If you agreed to be contacted by an agency: that consent and when you gave it.

We never ask for your real name, and we never fetch data or photos from OnlyFans, Fansly or other platforms. Everything on the profile is entered by you.

Purposes and legal basis

• Publishing your profile is based on your consent. Because a profile on the site may reveal information about your sex life, this is explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, together with Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw your consent at any time by hiding or deleting the profile.
• Your account and the services you use are provided to fulfil our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
• Security, verification, preventing abuse and handling reports are based on our legitimate interest in running a safe service (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Bookkeeping of payments is required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).

If you visit the site

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. When you click a link to a creator's profile, we record the click so we can show the creator how many clicks they have had. We store the time, the page you came from, the country and a one-way hashed value of your IP address. The hash changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you over time, and the IP address itself is never stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing statistics to creators.

If you send a report through Remove a profile, we store your email and the information in the report so we can handle it and reply to you.

Profiles we added ourselves

To make the directory useful, we add profiles for Danish creators who publicly promote their OnlyFans or Fansly under a stage name. These profiles are labelled "Not created by the creator".

• We only use the stage name, links to the public profiles and, if the creator has stated it, the region or city. We show no photos and write no description.
• The information comes from the creator's own public pages and, in a few cases, from public lists of creators. We record where the information comes from.
• The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a directory (Article 6(1)(f)) and, for information about sex life, that the creator has manifestly made it public themselves (Article 9(2)(e)).
• You can object at any time. If the profile is yours, you can have it removed through Remove a profile by choosing "This is my profile". It is then hidden right away. You can also create your own profile instead and decide its content yourself.
• When we remove a profile, we only keep the stage name in a log so that we do not add you again.

If you subscribe to the newsletter

We only store your email, the time of your signup and confirmation, the text you agreed to, and a one-way hashed value of your IP address (to prevent abuse of the form). We do not ask for your name.

Because a subscription may say something about your interests and sex life, it is based on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) and Article 6(1)(a)). We only send the newsletter after you have confirmed your subscription through the link in the first email.

You can unsubscribe with one click in every email, and we then delete your email right away. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Who we share data with

We never sell data. We use these processors, who may only process data on our instructions:

• Supabase (database, login and image storage). Data is stored in the EU.
• [Hosting provider] (running the website).
• [Email provider] (sending emails about your account and the newsletter).
• [Payment provider] (if you buy a paid placement).

If you consented to being contacted by an agency, we only share your email with an agency after you have explicitly confirmed it in each case.

How long we keep data

• Profile, photos, links and click statistics: until you delete your profile. They are then deleted right away.
• Accounting records for payments: 5 years after the end of the financial year, as Danish law requires.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed signups: 7 days.
• Reports and our decisions: up to 3 years, so we can document how we handled them.
• A log of actions on the account (such as approval and removal): kept without your email once the account is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. As a creator, you can download all your data as a file and delete your profile permanently from your dashboard. You can also write to us at kontakt@danish-onlyfans.dk.

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
